- I need a local reliable educated person living in the Phillipines that has a reliable internet E mail connection where by I can communicate and have English converted to Tagalog (Filipino) or related dialect e.g. Cebuano and who can also communicate in my behalf by phone to local individuals I have been in communication with for the last few years by their g-mail service who no longer appear to be able to communicate. These people lived in Albay province Bicol Region outside Negaspi City near the Mayon Volcanoe in a Bogong Barangay outside the city. The students go to Pawa High School and Bicol University and I have their local telephone numbers and family phone numbers but they speak little English.
I typically communicate in English and some tagalog that I picked up years ago living in the region for related work. Recently all communications from Sept 2018 to now have been cut off??
I need preferably a female who can translate and when needed call the family for me and communicate my messages. I have been helping two female students from the family for several years out of their poverty situation so both can go to college and achieve a better life. One is now in Junior HS the other started Freshman year at Bicol University.
Therefore, we need to have a free flowing line of communications between the US to a Reliable Local translator who can speak in my behalf to these people and then communicate back to me by E mail.
The $8/hourly free is acceptable to me.
