Description: This is a "passion project". I am in need of one or several experts in recipe writing/testing, text writing/editing for the introduction of the cookbook, food photography, and CreateSpace for layout/publishing. The main task is to help me get this project off the ground. I have lots of recipes (some still need testing) and a skeleton outline for the other parts of the cookbook. I've been stuck for some time now and realized that I need someone or a team of experts who can help me to bring life to this project. I am a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC and have been living with Cancer for almost 30 years now...never in remission but still here! I also have an MBA from Duke University, so I feel pretty confident on the business side of things, but less confident on the writing and creative sides of the project. I want to share my experience and success in managing cancer through diet and lifestyle changes. I'm in need of one or several savvy experts who are passionate about health, wellness, writing, and publishing.
