I’m looking to hire someone in The U.S., U.K., Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, Jamaica or Puerto Rico to write a 30 page guide/report for me to use on my blog.

The guide/report needs to be about 30 pages (+/-) of high quality, easy to follow, clear, entertaining content on the subject: “Batch Cooking Recipe Guide – Cook once eat X days – 30 day quick, simple and time-freeing meal plan”... no Fluff!! No Filler!
When bidding, so that I know that you actually took the time to read this post in its entirety and are not blindly bidding, please mention the words "Happy Thanksgiving".
The finished project must be:
1. Written in Times New Roman
2. 10 point font and no more than 1/2" margins all the way around
3. No double spacing (Single space all around).
4. At the very beginning, the report/guide must include a 1-2 paragraph summary of what is it is about, as well as 3-5 bullet points of what each section covers (The number of sections is up to you, ie Poultry).
For example, the report may include a several sections, each with X wholesome dinner recipes built around 1 main protein ingredient (either beef, poultry, fish or pork), where most of the cooking and prep work can take place in 1 hour or two, and then be stored (in the fridge) to be assembled/reheated later (or another day) in quick (no more than 20 minute recipes) just before meal time.
The report could also be about “cooking once, eating 5 days” recipes if you like, as long as you cover 4 weeks (30 days) worth of recipes. All recipes don't have to be markedly different, there could be several versions of using similar ingredients (same basic recipe with a twist, or different sauces, or accompanying veggies) on different days. Use your creativity, you don't have to invent 30 fully distinct recipes from scratch. Emphasis should be on keeping it simple, clear, versatile and easy to prepare meas. Remember, the main objective is to save cooking time while still producing nutritious/delicious/eye-appealing meals.
5. I would like you to insert eye catching pictures/illustrations/drawings to accompany some recipes, but DO NOT use this requirement to make up unneeded space (pictures should generally not count for more than 25% to 30% of Total content).
6. The finished report/guide must be a Word document.
7. We will own all of the rights to the completed work once you are fully paid.
We actually need several of these types of guide/reports, including one on “Batch cooking gluten-free recipes”, “Batch cooking recipes for diabetics” and related “Batch cooking Lunch for the whole week”, so if the quality of your work is great and your prices and turn-around time are fair we will hire you for all 10 or so projects.
I am looking to pay $150 per guide/report.
