Description: I am looking for someone who can proof read, edit and format a non-fiction book for publication.

The book is around 100 pages and on a legal topic. The job would entail proof reading, editing, re-formatting where necessary. Creating a table of contents, cleaning up my current formatting and generally preparing it for publication in both digital and print versions.

Please give me a estimate of the time and cost for this job.
