Description: I manage an apartment with about 40 tenants and have mounting content that needs to be put together for things such as tenant relations (reminders to pay rent, thank you emails after visiting the property for a tour, website content as needed).

Currently I have a welcome package i'm putting together intended to give to new tenants when they move into a new apartment building i manage. I have an outline of the information/material that is to be included but it needs to be written out with a pleasant intro to a tenant then have a nice structure and organization that is easy to read.

The packet includes a short "welcome to the building" paragraph then about 10 sections listing things that would be helpful to new tenants such as 1. Contact information 2. where to pay rent 3. Move in procedures 4. where to get keys 5. reminder to get renters insurance and a couple links for insurance companies, etc....

This is the first job we have posted here and ideally would like to begin a relationship for ongoing apartment web content.
