Description: Hi, I am looking for fine tuning of book content. Not really looking for proof reading. The book is already heavily formatted. Is is a docx file. Looking for there edits ....
HEADER
Begin in Introduction. No header on chapter title pages:
Right hand page: How the Bible became the Bible (italics)
Left Hand: Donald L. O'Dell

FOOTER (Page Numbering)
Begin in Acknowledgement section and continue until Introduction section with roman numerals (small) i, ii, iii, iv v

Begin in Introduction with number as characters - 36, 37, 38
Page number in center, times roman 11, no page number on page with no content.

TEXT ADJUSTMENTS
- no gaps in text
- no headers (orphans) at end of one page - headers should be with the first paragraph
- Footnotes (located at end of each chapter) in the existing files. Make sure to insert the foot note on appropriate page and also adjust page numbers at end of chapter if needed.
- Adjust numbers in ROC and Tables, Exhibits, Maps: both are tables so only adjust the page numbers to reflect page in document.
- Title page for chapters should always appear on the Right page.
