Description
We have over 5000 questions with 2 months timeline. We want its explanation
1- Copy right is not problem you can copy explanation from anywhere
2- We want to the point, high yield & precise explanation
3- Answer should be explained in very brief manner, to the point, high yeild (you may use INC. or DEC. for increase or decrease etc)
• In addition to (explanation in half/1 line) we also want you to discuss few relative points in addition to correct answer.
For example we discussed
o Osteopetrosis & osteomalacia in example 1
o Erythropoiesis in different areas in example 2

5. These explanations are for Post-graduate students so you should NOT explain simple things like erythropoiesis means production of red cells. etc
AVOID:
1. Avoid explanation that contains useless words thus occupying space. For example in explanation of down syndrome everyone knows that it is genetic disorder.
2. Very basic level information like trapezius is muscle, placenta is organ, IG are secreted by B Cells, etc) should be avoided.

This is long term project. We have 2 to 3 months for this. If you are able to complete and satisfy us we may hire you on regular basis.

Please look example below.

Please see ATTACHED picture and send us sample of any 15 questions so that we may see how you work.
(It is not necessary that you explain all 4 options given in MCQ. you can either explain them or not it depends on you. what we want it
1. brief explanation of correct option
2. important high yield to the point mcq points which examiners usually like to ask
3. if you are not able to provide important points, then you explain points that relate correct answer. For example2, see there was no correct high yield points, so we explained hormonal/electrolyte changes in other related diseases.
4. you may just type mnemonic if no other reasonable or good type explanation is present.

1. We dont want you to ALWAYS explain the answers given in option(as you can see not all question have 4 options). We want you to explain 2 3 points/concepts that are high yield related to CORRECT option and which examiners probably would like to ask.

Please note this is long term project. Dont bid too high as we wont allot project then.
we have 1000 mcqs every 2-3 months. so consider working for us on regular basis. This is project of Medical College but due to Low budget we are posting it online.

please make explanation of any 20 questions and send us sample

EXAMPLES
1. Median nerve supply flexors of forearm.
Explanation:
1. supplies all flexors of forearm except flexor carpi ulnaris.
2.Carpal tunnel syndrome - >compression at the wrist
3.Pronator syndrome - >compression in the forearm that results in sensory alteration in distribution of the hand and thenar eminence.
4.Anterior interosseus nerve syndrome (AIN)-> complete or partial loss of motor function of the muscles innervated by the AIN (branch of the median)

Note: as you can see, i have just used most useful information which examiners like to ask.
I haven't use any words that would waste time of reader.
Same goes to all other subjects, for example

2. Patient with bone pains having normal Calcium,Inc Alkaline phosphatase most likely suffering from = Pagets Disease
Explanation:
Because of Inc. osteoblastic activity and bone formation, bone-specific alkaline phosphatase (BSAP) levels are elevated
?Osteoporosis = Labs are normal
?Pagets disease = only ALP is raised
?Osteopetrosis = Only Ca is dec
?Osteomalacia = Vit D dec ? dec Ca & phosphates ? inc PTH & ALP )

3-.Erythropoises occurs in middle trimester mainly from = liver (Regarding Fetal erythropoiesis ?3 to 6 weeks = Yolk sac
?6 weeks till birth = Liver
?10 to 28 weeks= Spleen
?18 weeks to adult = Bone Marrow)

4-Distruction of Ant.pituatary gland causes dec.functioning of = Glom.fasiculata ( Remember the Mnemonic GFR ie
?Glomerulosa ? aldosterone and this one is under the control of Angiotensin not
?Fasiculata ? Cortisol and this one is under the control of pituitary
?Reticularis ? Sex steroids )
5. Fibrous pericardium and mediastinal pleura is supplied by = Phrenic Nerve
Remember the Mnemonic i-e
?Fibrous pericardium = Phrenic (frenic) nerve
? Visceral pericardium = Vagus nerve) 72

6. Deep coma is caused by lesion of which nucleus = . Nucleus cerelous (REMEMBER IF ASKED
? Deep coma then nucleus cerelous
? Prolonged coma then Periq aquiductal gray matter ( p for prolonged & p for periquiductal & ?permanent coma = thalamus

7. Vagus decreases HR by which mechanism = Na (permeability)
( the mechanism is , parasymp system decreases Na CHANNELS INWARD CURRENT THAT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PHASE 4 DEPOLARIZATION IN SA NODE )

8. Spleencectomy vessels present in which ligament = spleenorenal ligament
(splenic artery enters into the hilum of spleen in spleenorenal ligament , splenic vein lies below the splenic artery in the spleenorenal ligament ( while six short gastric arteries passes to the fundus of stomach in gastrosplenic ligament)

9. The structures passing posterior to diaphragm are all except = Greater splanchnic nerve

EXPLANATION:
Aortic opening
- Level- T12
- At osseoaponeurosis between right and left crus
- Structures transmitted
Aorta & Thoracic duct

9. SA node blood supply is - Lt. and descending

EXPLANATION:

SA node is supplied by right coronary artery in 65% of population and by left coronary artery in remaining 35%.
Left coronary artery supplies

i) Most of left atrium.

ii) Most of the left ventricle (except the area adjoining posterior interventricular groove) and small part of right ventricle adjoining anterior interventricular groove.

iii) Anterior 2/3 of ventricular septum.

iv) Right bundle branch, left bundle branch and in 35% of cases SA node.

Right coronary artery supplies i) Right atrium, and a part of left atrium.

ii) Most of the right ventricle (except the area adjoining the anterior interventricular groove) and small part of left ventricle adjoining posterior interventricular groove.

iii) Posterior 1/3 of interventricular septum.

iv) Whole conducting system (except right bundle branch and a part of left branch of AV bundle).

v) SA node (in 65%).
