Description: We have 5,000 line language file that requires translation. Many lines are repeated.

Guidelines:

1) do not change any column other than “Spanish”, Column ‘E’

2) When the “English” column, column ‘D’, uses a placeholder (which is a word with ‘%’ at either end), add that to the Spanish column. This is something that is replaced by the customisation capability and it relies on the placeholder.
