- At Digital Deepdish, we help our clients increase their bottom line by leveraging cutting edge digital strategies to generate leads for their business, improve sales, operations and overall efficiency through digital marketing and technology automation. We also help clients develop their marketing know how or upskill their internal teams through robust coaching and training programs.
Digital Deepdish is seeking a driven instructional designer to take rough outlines and create robust learning and coaching programs. These programs will be primarily focused on business principles, marketing strategies and process automation. These classes, courses and programs should have clear learning outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders.
NOTE: THIS IS NOT A GRAPHIC DESIGN JOB! We’re looking for someone to focus on the development of the content, supporting elements and user understanding of the concept. We have graphic designers and video designers to take the content and turn them into something beautiful.

Instructional Designer, Curriculum Developer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, developing learning path, recommend learning outcomes and ideal end user deliverables.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience with designing online and in-person classes and courses. You should also have experience creating the supporting learning elements such as workbooks, checklists, guides, how-to’s, resource guides, etc.
Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and theory based content for our end users that will be delivered by our trainers both online and in-person.
Candidate will be responsible for creating learning deliverables and must collaborate closely with the design, operations, marketing and learning teams to ensure alignment and deliver against aggressive timelines.
What You Need for this Position:
- Strong understanding of learning paths and pedagogy
- Ability to succinctly communicate a concept without extensive documentation
- Experience in instructional design & curriculum development
- Ability to quickly turnaround rough outlines into full classes, courses and programs
- Working knowledge of how users consume information in a video based culture
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure objectives are being met
- Analyze, refine and push our existing learning objectives meet market demand
- Ego-free collaborative design work style
What You Will Be Doing:
- Gathering and evaluating learning requirements, in collaboration with management, sales, marketing and learning managers
- Create classes, courses, programs, workbooks, guides, checklists, etc. as needed
- Quickly turn around concepts into finished product
- Understand the Digital Deepdish brand to ensure brand integrity is upheld throughout all executions
