Long-term work opportunity for serious writers that involves simple research here's what I need:
1- Quick turnaround

3- Quick turnaround - can't stress enough. If you can't write at least 5k words a week, please DO NOT apply.
4- 1-5k word guides with quick product reviews about pools, garden equipment etc.
5 - Well-researched, high-quality, 100% original content which is easy and fun to read - short paragraphs, short sentences, and simple English
6- Revisions until the content is up to par
7- Work delivered within deadlines, not excuses - I have gotten too many excuses (someone had a car crash, someone's mom got sick, someone's hard drive crashed and someone's dog had diarrhea).
8 - Follow a very specific format.
Now the good part :)
1- Steady stream of work - as much as you can handle
2- $10-15 per 1000 words (including all fees) - so we'll start with $10 per 1000 words, and as soon as your work doesn't need too much editing, I'll pay you $15 per 1000 words.
