International Music and Therapy Council is an nonprofit organization provide music and art therapy service for special needs kids in Orange County area.

International Music and Therapy Council is seeking for a stand-out, well-versed and passionate Health & Lifestyles Content Writer for our nonprofit organization focused on music therapy.The writer will produce website content, blog posts, short white papers, sales collateral and other writing deliverables as needed. Our audience is nonprofit professionals working - the focus of the writing will be on nonprofit fundraising. Experience writing about nonprofit fundraising is highly desired.

Requirements:

Ability to do primary and secondary research and to interview subject matter experts.
Works quickly and efficiently.
Able to submit articles that do not require significant reworking by editors.
Thorough understanding of music therapy, music to health, healing, stress reduction and all things related

Great to have:

Work and/or volunteer experience at a nonprofit in a development or fundraising role
