I am looking for someone with excellent English and literary skills to edit content, copy, and possibly punctuation for my second book.
The book has already been through several self-edits and partially edited, but this is the final edit before the book is published digitally
My first book A Lone Flower was semi-autobiographical fiction work published by Lulu Press
This book (The Other Side of Paradise) is a fiction book that takes place in Nicaragua about the power of the mind and the ability to manipulate if you have the correct information. The book, which has a romantic aspect to it, was researched as a non-fiction book called “A Beginners Manual for Self-Transformation” that addressed the evolution of consciousness, however, I have determined that the reading public assimilates a fiction novel better. Since it my intention to share my perspective with as many people as possible I have written a fun novel.
The book is @ 25000 words.
Book is finished. I would like the entire editing process to take no more than 3 weeks. I will also need a cover design and marketing if you have any recommendations- perhaps after you understand the content you can give suggestions.
I am looking for someone with editing experience who would like this type of book. Please be prepared for show a sample of work.
I have other works (a non-fiction (A Beginners Guide to Self-Transformation) and a collection of short stories- “Confessions of a Scorpio” that I am working on . Please include Other at top of your bid.

Upon receipt of the MS -Please submit 3 pages edited plus I would like to agree on a fixed price. Manuscript is partially edited -problems with editor here. Though there is no dialogue in Chapter 1 please let me know how you would like to handle dialogue. Payment to be 50 % upon completion and submission of that portion -the balance of 50 % upon completion of agreed upon work. Please let me know how you would handle payment, contract etc. Of importance to me is consistency and making my book reader friendly. I have 2 other works in the making- 1 non-fiction and a collection of short stories- let me know how you would handle these. I am also interested in cover art and Title if you have input (title will have a subtitle) I am open to suggestions regarding any aspect of writing.
I prefer 1 stop shopping, content edit, copy edit, cover, marketing ( I most likely will go digital-am leaning toward Draft 2 Digital )
