Description: We are looking to develop online training modules for a variety of roles within our business. We have a lot of how to guides currently developed and a basic outline of what needs to be covered, however we need a way to deliver this remotely to our branches in both AU and NZ to ensure we deliver training that is consistent and up to date.

We would host this on an online LMS, but need someone to convert our current documentation and processes into a format that is highly consumable, interactive and shows that staff are competent in the content that is delivered.

We don't have our own training department, so the training would need to be in a format that was easy to understand and be able to delivered without too much manual intervention.

There would be the need to work with internal departments to validate and create new content to look at those areas where documentation doesn't cover the current processes.

We think initial effort would be 1-2 weeks with the possibility of further work depending on the progress and quality of the outcome.
