- I would like to create a 10 module course/book on Residential Real Estate Investing for 1st time real estate investors.
10 modules - 3-6 hours in length (for CD)
We have written some of the material and utilized it in a landlord fundamentals course and could include some of it (see below)
Chapters include, not necessarily in this order:
1. Why real estate is a good investment
2. How to analyze if a property is a good/bad investment (we have our own chapter on this and could combine ours with yours or utilize just yours or ours)
3. Which properties/tenants are the right fit for you/your investment goals (we have our own chapter on this and could combine ours with yours or utilize just yours or ours)
4.Finding a rental property
5. Financing your property
6. Risks
7. Managing your rental property (we have information on this - but it will need to be abridged and we'd like to include a link to our Kajabi page/website where they can access our webinar on managing your property)
8. Who you need on your real estate investment team
9. Exit strategies
10. Documents (we have created 9 documents for: employment and landlord references, move in/move out inspection report, addendum to lease, pet lease, cannabis addendum, non smoking addendum, property maintenance inspection report, move out cleaning checklist, move out cleaning prices) and could also send them to our Kajabi site to upload electronic versions
Ideally, I would like to work with someone who has an expert knowledge of the topic and is able to complete this with ease and within a reasonably short time frame.
