Description
Hello, writer!

In this project, your responsibility will be to write the script for a video course about creating fictional characters.

You will be given three resource books on character creation (total length: approx. 600 pages). Your job is to read these books, synthesize them into a coherent syllabus, and then flesh out the syllabus into a full-fledged script. Since your text will be recorded, it's essential to write for the ear rather than for the eye.

This project will contain the following milestones:

1. Research and turning in the syllabus
2. Syllabus revisions until final confirmation
3. Sample lesson script
4. Full course script
5. Full course revisions

The satisfying completion of each milestone is necessary for activating the next one.

The full course manuscript should not run over 15,000 words. That means stripping all fluff from the resource books and packing the course with practical, actionable content. Just like writing a tight short story--you simply don't have any space for filler words.

I'll be buying all rights and full intellectual property to the script. You will be reimbursed for the course within the scope of this project alone; you will not receive any percent or fee of any future earnings generated by the course itself.

However, if you're interested, you will be publicly credited as the teacher of this course.

TO BID ON THIS PROJECT:
======================

- Include a detailed bid for all five milestones
- Include your fiction credentials, especially of any awards or best-selling works
- Include a script you wrote for video/audio (meant for the ear)
- Indicate whether you wish to be publicly credited

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Tal Valante
