Description: I am looking for someone who is proficient in machine learning algorithms in Python and who can write a report in simple terms to a beginner looking to get started. As this may become a series, I want to start with the basics for now, then maybe move into more specifics in next installments. So this is very much an introductory report on AI and machine learning algorithms in Python.

I would like to see a plan and small description/summary before commencing with work please.

Also, I am open to quotes on however long you may think this will take you. Of course, I am looking for sooner rather than later, so keep that in mind when quoting.
