- Hello FreeLancers,
I need a very experienced FreePBX expert. My FreePBX server is running good, but it has two bugs. Those are discussed below.
Problem 1:
I have recorded three IVR scripts with high quality audio. But after uploading the audio FreePBX system converted the audio in wav format I guess. When calls at our IVR number the audio quality is very bad. You need to fix the audio quality on IVR call.
Problem 2:
Our FreePBX server runs in our office local network with local IP address behind NAT router. All ports are forwarded correctly and communication form Internet is working good without any problem. There is another Linux server in our network. FreePBX server doesn't have any relation to that Linux server. But if the Linux server is turned off, and remote extension calls to any local extension, then local extension doen't rings. And when the rings is about end, the local extension rings and call ends. But if the LInux server is turned on, then no issues happen, communication works great.
