Trainers must have the relevant experience and hold a teaching/training qualification.

Your Role Will Include

• Providing ad-hoc training for customers at their offices (UK & some overseas), either to the same agenda as the scheduled courses or to an agreed customised agenda

• The provision of high quality training which is planned and personalised to meet the needs of the individuals, whilst ensuring aims and objectives of both the awarding body and company standards are met.

• Helping to develop new training materials and resources.

• Obtaining feedback from candidates and employers assess the effectiveness of training.

• Accurate completion of all required documentation.

• Reviewing and identifying your own professional development needs

Person Specification
• Strong communication skills with a professional verbal, written and presenting ability.
• A good knowledge of the Microsoft Windows environment and Office applications.
• A flexible and professional work ethic.
• Good organisational and prioritising skills.
• A willingness to learn new skills and products.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experienced in dealing with clients.
• Experienced in providing classroom based and online training.
• Bilingual Trainers are welcome
• Further and Adult Education Teachers Certificate/Training Qualification
