Description: I am in need of some assistance with data analysis using SPSS.

I am a Psychology PhD student and have collected data regarding the benefits of 3 different interventions. I have run a chi squared test on SPSS exploring the benefits participants reported after undergoing different interventions. Both sets of data are categorical (benefit: yes/no & condition: yoga/mindfulness/control). The chi squared has revealed significant findings but given there are 3 groups I'm struggling with how to find out where the differences between groups lie. I need help interpreting these differences using post-hoc tests.
