Description: Quinto, S.A. is seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to fill a temp-to-hire contract for an online gambling site based out of Costa Rica. Qualified candidates will oversee and illustrate all social media account content that includes visual posts, blogging, vlogging, digital marketing, and PR. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be challenged to generate virtual buzz with the intent to influence customer traffic. You will also lead in the planning and development of organic and paid social media efforts as well as the support of our holistic marketing strategies for clients across many industries. To be qualified you must have a keen understanding of the constantly evolving cultural climate. If you are self-motivated, creative, analytical, and collaborative, this may be the job for you.

Responsibilities:
• Strategize to implement and optimize the overall paid & organic social strategies across all social platforms
• Lead organic social engagement and growth.
• Drive metrics reporting and analytics programs to measure the efficacy of both paid & organic social campaigns/programs.
• Work with the Web and Digital team to determine the content/campaign calendar for paid and organic content across channels.
• Develop and implement an influencer social media program.
• Drive brand reputation management program.
• Lead the creation, testing, and optimization of content across channels.
• Assist with the strategy, execution, and optimization of a paid amplification budget of content across social platforms.
• Monitor performance and deliver a weekly and monthly social scorecard outlining wins, learnings, and opportunities for innovation and expansion.
• Ability to effectively communicate strategy and performance to keep managers and clients apprised of activity.

Qualifications:
• No degree requirements, however, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field is highly recommended.
• 3+ years of experience managing social media for an agency or company.
• Self-starter; willing to take initiative.
• Demonstrated understanding of online marketing and sales concepts.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of social media platforms and channels. Proficient using social media channels, e.g., Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+.
• Ability to read and understand analytics and reporting tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Clear communicator with excellent phone skills. Demonstrated writing and proofreading skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills. Effectively complete assignments and meet deadlines.
• Proficient using LibreOffice or Microsoft Office, e.g., Word Processing, Spreadsheets.
• Strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional relationships and interact effectively with diverse individuals to build successful working relationships.
• Mission-driven, and stay focus on the task when working at home.
