We are a Video Marketing Company that is expanding our services into a Digital Marketing Agency specializing in superior lead generation. We empower small businesses by generating more, qualified, and exclusive leads at far lower costs than anyone else in the business. That's a crazy claim right?! How can we do that if this is a new business for us? Simple, in addition to having in house production of the most effective media available for marketing, that's video, we also have a proprietary behavior tracking technology that results in our clients having a true competitive advantage that quite frankly wasn't possible until today...the technology just didn't exist. So if you want to be on the bleeding edge of digital marketing, then you found the spot. I don't know about you, but that is pretty exciting.

*This position is for you if:*

• You love solving problems and puzzles, and enjoy teaching yourself new skills. If a manual is nearby and there's a help section, you can master it. You don't get freaked out when faced with a task you don't quite understand.
• You pick up new software and websites quickly.
• You have great writing skills, and are comfortable writing professional emails, ad copy, social media updates and blog posts.
• You tend to over-deliver because you love making people extra happy.
• You're comfortable managing several assignments at once. You take pride in your organizational skills, moving many projects forward every day.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited to work on launching new products.
• You are comfortable and unafraid of working in a fast-paced environment, voicing your opinion, and collaborating with a virtual team.
• You meet your deadlines like there's no tomorrow.
• Friends and family would describe you as: upbeat, hardworking, sincere, trustworthy, and dependable.
• You find keeping checklists helpful and crossing off tasks delightful.
• You are comfortable with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Pages+Keynote

If you have experience with any of the following. . . EVEN BETTER!

• Working in a largely 1-on-1 work environment with your boss
• WordPress development or HTML, CSS, and other programming languages
• CRM (Hubspot, Infusionsoft, Active Campaign)
• Setting up e-mail platforms (Mailchimp)
• Setting up software integrations (Zapier)
• Web hosting (GoDaddy, Hostmonster)
• Webinars (GoToWebinar, Zoom)
• SEO and link buildling
• Competitive research (Moz, SEMRush)
• Market Analysis (Research, Surveys, Interviews)
• Google apps suite
• Photoshop (or equivalent photo editor)
• Graphics & document design (Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent)
• Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads or retargeting
• Split Testing (Optimizely and/or Visual Website Optimizer)
• Managing a business and know how to effectively communicate with workers to get the best results
• Managing social media accounts professionally (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc)

This position is _NOT_ for you if:

• You cannot dedicate at least 3 hours/day to this position (preferably Mondays through Fridays, 1pm - 4PM PHT)
• You do not have reliable high-speed internet service
• You are frequently late. Deadlines make you anxious. You have trouble handing things in on time.
• Time-management is something you struggle with.
• Your first instinct when faced with a problem is to come to your boss asking a question
• You consider yourself a bit of a novice when it comes to technology
• You experience mile-a-minute heart palpitations when you get an assignment you don't quite understand.
• You have trouble focusing on work without someone physically looking over your shoulder

TERMS:

• 15 hours per week (Mondays through Fridays) -- With possibility for up to 30 hours per week beginning in February.
• Virtual position -- no travel required. However, you will need to own your own computer with a webcam, and have a reliable phone.
• Since it's important that we work well together, we will be hiring multiple candidates for 3 paid sample projects to assess how we work together.
• Pay is $6 – 14/hr; will be commensurate with skills and experience
