Description: This is a job that contains the marketing of Gay Adult Content, if you don't have a problem with this please read on.

This is a 5 hour a day 6 days a week job and we are looking for a serious worker for long term. This means you will have to dedicate yourself to this job. We require somebody that is familiar with video editing, preferably with knowledge of the program Adobe Premiere but this is not a must.

After completing an intensive training your normal working day will look like this:
You will have to edit a 30 min. HD source file into a 6-7 min. promotional video clip. We need you to make 5 clips every day.
Some small adjustments will be done to the promo clip in Adobe Premiere before the video is rendered by you and then uploaded to a server by you.
On this server you will find data entry software you will have to work with. You will have to enter the data of the video (description, categories and tags) manually before you can use this software.
This software allows you to submit the video you just made to a large amount of websites. Some of it is automated and some require manual actions by you.

The total workload is divided like this 20% downloading and uploading clips, 30% video editing and 50% data entry.

Since you will be downloading and uploading large media files, we require you to have a very good internet connection. At least 10 M/bit down and 1 M/bit up but preferably A LOT better.
To save yourself time you will have to plan your downloads and uploads well so that you can always work and not wait for them to finish. (Let it download and upload when you sleep for instance)
If you have a slow connection or you share this connection with for instance your roommates then this job is probably not for you.

Further requirements for this job are:

-You have no problem looking at Gay content at all, we would prefer someone who is actually Gay or Bisexual.

-Your knowledge of the English language is outstanding, also in writing.

-Being able to work 30 hours a week, you get 1 day off per week, the day you can pick yourself.

-You are familiar with video editing.

-You have a good computer with a 64-bit operating system, that can handle fast video conversions (or it would simply take too long).

-You must have Skype with a working microphone, this is for the training purposes.

-You must be able to provide an invoice to us with your name and address on it, in order to get paid.

2. Send us a www.speedtest.net result of your internet connection that you will be using.

3. Tell us something about yourself: Who are you? Where do you live? Tell us about some previous jobs you did.

Before you can work with us you will need 1 on 1 training which will be done through Skype. You must have time to sit down with your trainer
who will teach you how to do everything and watch you work until you are capable enough to work completely on your own.

The best part about this job is, you can work from home and decide for yourself which hours you work. The most important thing is however that the work
is done correctly as instructed.

We pay €350,- euro / $400,- USD per month starting salary. This can go up over time if you are able to work efficiently and provide good results for us.
