Job Description: Winning Proposal Writer for Website, SEO Strategy, and Analytics
We are seeking a highly experienced and talented proposal writer with a successful history of winning local proposals for website development, SEO strategy, and analytics. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the government procurement process and have a proven ability to craft persuasive proposals that secure contracts.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our team to gather information and requirements for the website, SEO strategy, and analytics proposal.
Conduct thorough research on the client's industry, target audience, and competitors to tailor the proposal effectively.
Write a comprehensive and compelling proposal that showcases our capabilities, expertise, and value proposition.
Develop a clear and concise executive summary that highlights the key benefits and objectives of our proposed solution.
Outline a detailed scope of work, timeline, and deliverables, ensuring they align with the client's requirements and objectives.
Present a well-structured plan for website development, including design, functionality, content management system, mobile optimization, and user experience.
Describe an effective SEO strategy, encompassing keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, content creation, and reporting.
Outline the importance of analytics in measuring the success of the website and SEO efforts, emphasizing data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Incorporate relevant case studies, success stories, and client testimonials that demonstrate our ability to deliver exceptional results.
Review and edit the proposal to ensure clarity, coherence, and compliance with the client's guidelines.
Collaborate with our graphic design team to create visually appealing proposal documents that leave a lasting impression.
Meet all deadlines and submit the final proposal in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a proposal writer, preferably with a focus on website development, SEO strategy, and analytics.

Extensive knowledge of the government procurement process, including RFP evaluation, compliance, and submission.
