- I’m creating a simple but very effective AI Chatbot. Specifically a motivational coach for people with ADHD. Open AI API based. A very simple chat interaction where GPT is prompted very specifically to respond in short replies (not the typical long Chat-GPT replies) to mimic very lifelike conversational interactions. I’m not a coder so I’ve gone as far as I can using GPT4 itself, VScode and Replit. So I’m looking for somebody with the appropriate skills to bring together a POC (proof of concept version) to put in front of beta testers. Eventually if put in front of investors there is the potential for more ongoing work as more advanced features are added.
The limited pre POC version I have created using a chatbot platform is available for anybody who wants to get a feel for what I’m aiming for. It’s been developed using Python, with the front end using override Javascript override code to customise the chatbot platforms appearance and functionality. Now I t’s time to dump the platform and start building from scratch.
The main features for the early basic POC are really quite basic. Initially requiring no registration, with the small group of test users separated by IP addresses. This has worked so far.
I’m looking first to build it as a mobile web app, then with users testing that, and feedback, soon after to create an iPhone app using swift.
A key feature of this chatbot will be a large max tokens limit to allow for comprehensive conversational memory during current chats, and previous conversations/conversation summaries stored via database (which has been MySQL based until now). Highly important that the chatbot remembers enough of the conversation sand a certain level of previous conversations plus user data that it can truly emulate ‘picking up where we left off’ style conversations between different chat sessions.
If all goes well, the project would be extended to an android app, and later integrations/as a widget for larger enterprise software packages. Plus the wider scope of repurposing the app for other markets beyond the ADHD audience.
Starting small. Bootstrapping. With the aim for this to be the beginning of something big. A disruption plan of a certain industry later on. But starting small and building from there.
Love to hear from people with a range of skills that would suit. Ideation and collaboration are also necessary. UX and front end could be a welcomed skill, but also happy to farm that out to a designer if need be. I don’t mind building a small team.
I’m also open to working with languages other than Python. As I said, I’m not a coder so I’m open to suggestions. Although obviously SWIFT will be a requirement at some stage.
