- Description
- We have a web development/design and SEO project for our new company. The functionality of the website is to be similar to www.elitecompetitions.co.uk and must have the ability to;
1. Hold 30 competitions at any one point in time.
2. Each competition must have between 50 and 10,000 tickets which can be purchased via the connected payment gateway.
3. The website must also be able to host live video's
4. The sitemap for the website must include;
- Homepage
- Competition Page (Lists all live competitions)
- Page for each competition up to 30 in number each of which will inc purchasing capability and link to a payment gateway
- to be able to make a purchase each competition must have a question which has to be correctly answered before the person is eligible to enter the competition to make a purchase. Age verification of 21+ is also required before someone may proceed to purchase a ticket.

- Winners archive pages inc live video draw and competition winners name and review
- Rules of the game and how to play page
- FAQ's
- Login page
- Register page
- Sign Up Notification Page (GDPR Ready) - Newsletters/Alerts etc
- Charity Page
- Terms and Conditions

In addition to the above pages and functionality we also require;
a. Social media integration with Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat.
b. Chat/messaging functionality on all pages
c. Payment Gateway Functionality one being Worldpay/sage or similar and the second being Paypal.
d. Each competition requires a count down clock. As soon as all the tickets are sold the competition is closed and a live draw would commence within 2 days or if the tickets are not sold the conditional algorithm which automatically resets to 7 days. This reset condition can only be set for a maximum of 4 resets.
The website must be easy and flexible to update as well as secure and fast. It goes without saying it MUST be mobile first.
We are also looking for SEO optimisation within the UK domestic market only. Full demographic profiles for SEO optimisation will be made available to the shortlisted bidders.
We would require the site to be built on our hosting account to which you will be given full access. Ideally, we would like the build time to take a maximum of 9 - 10 weeks.
We welcome all proposals from individuals with a proven track record in web development and SEO optimisation. Access to valid checkable references and a portfolio of work is essential before we would award the project. Whilst we welcome developers from all countries an excellent knowledge of English and the e-commerce market within the UK MUST be displayed.

The budget has been set to £4500.
This budget comprises of £3000 for web development and design with a further 3 x £500 monthly payment post web development for SEO Optimisation costs.
