- Hello,
We need a developer able to create a responsive website connected with our Zoho CRM.
Create a distributor portal that we will name "PVE CLOUD"
The idea is for distributors to access this website and thus be able to calculate budgets and consult all the documentation in any language that as manufacturers we have.
We need that only users with email and password can log in into the site.
The web has to have User Management. Each user will have the following fields:
- Company Name
- E-mail
- Password
- Country (drop down with a list of countries that we will provide you)
- VAT Number
- Language (a dropdown with English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Norwegian, Finnish, Italian, Portuguese, Danish, Polish) * Important. We must be able to add new languages.
- an extra field (AccountId) that must be completed when registering.

The registration of new users will be done by us. It must be able to do manually or by importing a .csv file that we will export from our CRM with all the previous fields. When creating a new user, he must receive an email to update the password and confirm the registration.
Once entered these data, he will get access a home page where would be a menu on the left with different options. It would be a drop-down and on the right side of the screen would appear the information they are selecting.

PVE DOCUMENTS
In PVE Documents, we could add new sections, update files, etc. All files must be categorized by two labels:
1. the submenu to which they correspond (for example "Commercial Brochures";
2. and by language. In such a way that if I enter, I want to look for the User Manual, I would click on "PVE Documents", I would open the drop-down; I would click on "User Manuals" and on the right I would see the User Manuals in my default language, but also in this part of the right window where the files appear, I must be able to select another language from a drop-down menu, and automatically the documents within that submenu would appear in the selected language.
CALCULATE QUOTATION
1. Partner must be able to select all the different options and get a final price at the end.
2. Drawings of the elevator must be generated automatically based on the chosen specs during the quotation.
3. Partner should be able to export in pdf the quotation with a nice template. He will be able to chose between different templates (for example: one showing the dealer price, and another one without showing the dealer price, so they can present this quotation directly to the end user.
4. They should have access to all the quotations done and modify them at anytime.
This system must be integrated with our ZOHO CRM, so all the quotations are automatically added to our CRM as potentials.
