- I'm looking for someone who would be able to create a TeamSpeak 3 addon that will assist in roleplaying. It will need to play audio on certain events such as talking aka radio/mic clicks. It will also need to have the ability to stop others from talking when someone else is talking and make a sound. It will need the ability for staff to override the talking ability. That will be done by double pressing their PTT(Push to talk) twice withing 0.5 seconds. Or a button withing the Plugins dropdown. Certain users will be able to 'Radio Stun' a user disallowing them to talk.There will also need the ability for users to press hotkeys that will do certain things like play audio. One of these needs to be an emergency tone which allows the user 10 seconds of override when pressed.Next there needs to be another hotkey to play audio and a message will go to a certain user with 1 of 9 "tags" in their name. If they have that tag they will get a message saying there is a 911 call from (person who pressed the keybind) then the person can accept or deny the call and the original person will then hear an audio message for accpeted for denied. If there is no one with the tag in their name the person will hear a tone. If you double press the keybind then the person with the tag will get notified that the 911 call is priority related. A person with the tag will now be called Dispatcher. Dispatchers have the ability to override talk with double pressing their PTT within 0.5 seconds. They also have 'Radio Stun' as well as a 'Radio Ping'. When used on a user they will get a notifiction that they are being hailed over RTO(Radio Traffic Only). There will also be a keybind that allows for a Signal 100(audio tone) and one for 10-3(audo tone). Staff should have the ability to Force Enable a users plugin as well as Force Enable All. They can also Force Disable and Force Disable all. They should also have access to a panel that allows for Force Enable, Force Disable, Plugin Stun(disables commands for client for 5 minutes) and a Command Log. I will provide all audio. All keybinds should be set by the client. I will need the ability to set certain TS ranks for staff. This should only be forced withing a certain channel tree and channels so the entire TS doesn't require the plugin enabled and be set to a certain TeamSpeak. Clients should not be able to change the server or active this plugin on other servers. Please contact me if you need me to clarify anything as I know it might be bad.
Or if you are able to decompile a DLL file that is not .NET that would also be great.
