- Requirements Definition. – Process Design Project
We are looking for a team of developers with whom we can work long term in different projects. The first project “Process Design Project” is described below. Expected milestones for the project are at the end of the description.
The project should be developed in PHP, MySQL Database, Bootstrap and MySQL. We would like a fixed quote for you for the whole project, as well as expected development time.
Screen 1.
Step 1
This first screen will look similar to attached image screen1.png. The tabs on top will display names coming from a table already existent in the DB (we will provide the query to obtain the names). When the user click on one of these tabs, the information on the screen should change accordingly. Just as an FYI, the names are basically the names of processes.
When the user clicks on the left black bar called “Partes Interesadas” he should see a list of name of “stakeholders” in a popup. This also comes from an already existing table in our system, so we will provide the query to obtain these details.
Something similar will happen when the user clicks on the bar called Requisitos. A list of names will popup. Both of these popup lists will have two buttons: Confirm and Change. If the user presses change, he will go to a screen that has already been developed, so you don’t have to worry about that. When the user presses confirm on both popup screens (you should save in the DB that he has confirmed both for that particular process), a button will show up in the screen, indicating that he can continue to Step 2.
Step 2.
a. When the user continues to Step 2, a popup will be shown, with the title “Etapas” (stages). In this case, the user will be allowed to enter as many lines as he wishes, and once he confirms he is done, each of this stages will be shown in the screen we have (b) See screen1-step2a.
b. After confirmation, the stages will be displayed. Each stage should have the same separation between each other, and an horizontal scrollbar should be displayed in between the left and right bars if necessary. See screen1-step2b. In this screen, the user will also be able to drag and drop the different top items, which are now enabled into the arrows (Lista de chequeo, Si/No/Prod-Entregables, Especificación por Rangos and Aprobación). Depending on which of these items the user drags and drops into the line, a different popup asking for different types of information will show up.
a. Lista de chequeo: In this case, the user adds different items. Once he is done, he has an option to specify whether this list should stay in all stages. If he marks this, then this list and its circle should appear in all the dots over the arrows. He also has the option to select a color: green, yellow or red for the dot.
b. Si/No/Prod: In this case, the popup shows a title, and the possibility to add files.
c. Aprobación: The popup shows a text field to enter a name, and the possibility of adding attachments.
d. Rango will allow to enter different ranges in order to show either yellow, red or green.
Notes: all these 4 items have the possibility to be edited when the user clicks over them, and they all have the possibility to have their color changed to red, green or red.
Screen 2
This screen shows all the processes we did in the previous screen (the ones that were on the top tab in Step 1, with their stages. Also, they show additional processes in gray. We will provide you a query to get the names of these additional processes in gray.
In this screen the user should be able to move the different boxes over one another, generating an arrow. The user should be able to change the position of the arrow.
Also, if the user clicks on one of the gray boxes, a popup will ask him if he would like to design the process, in which case, a tab will be added to screen 1, with this new name.
Screen 3
This screen is similar to Scren 1, step 2b. However, we will now be able to add phases to the project. When a phase is created, a new vertical rectangle is added under the black box of stages. The boxes will increase their with when the user adds phases (the phases rectangle should always be the same size)
In each rectangle, the user will be able to generate a “mini process” fpr that phase. This means, in each rectangle we have, the user can add a name which will generate a rectangle. Once he adds one, if he drags and drops it down, a new one will be created, with an arrow pointing down to it. In each of them, three small buttons will be shown. When the user clicks of them, it will show three different popups and save info:
a. Responsable: In this case the user will select a user from a list (a webservice will be provided to load the list of users), and will also be able to add additional users.
b. Plazos y Predecesoras: in this popup, the user will select a timeframe (days, hours, minutes), and will also be allowed to select from the existing phases, whether they should be completed beforehand, in parallel, etc – a combobox will be used to specify this). The other thing, is that the user will also be able to enter delay, which is the amount of days expected for that phase to take.
c. Inputs / Outputs: In this popup the user will be able to generate a list of inputs and outputs.
In this screen, if the user moves a small rectangle in a phase over to another one, a new arrow will be created. Also, he will be able to add to this arrows the same information he was able to add to the arrows in Step 2 of Screen 1.
