Description: Looking for someone to help me design and create(code) 3 pages for a new website.

Site design needs to look like a functioning as a car searching website (you don't need to code any of the backend parts to get that to work, just set it up and frame it)

3 Pages that will be needed:
1 Home Page: Looking for a page that uses Parallax that crosses the look and feel of www.tesla.com with the functionality of www.cargurus.com or www.carzing.com
