- I am looking to move from Magento 1 to Magento 2. Current website is printchain.co.uk. We would like to have same functionality, but use Magento 2 instead of Magento 1. Please see how products are displayed in each category. Litho and digital have matrix tables, and large format print has calculators which calculate the price of the item (simple square meter calculation, we can provide the formula all ready).

we will aim to provide as much ready material as we can, and keep as little manual work for our developer as possible.
We will do ourselves:
any data entry like adding products, prices, photos etc
design and supply images
design layout of the website either in Photoshop or InDesign (whatever you prefer) – I am attaching a draft of what we want the website to look like
We need the developer to build the website and implement following features which we already have on the website as well as add some new functionality. Here are the details:
Design
Artwork upload (in the shopping cart)
Assign customer to an account manager (user). So when customer registers, we can go in, and select who will manage that customer. That way we can run a report and see how much customers have spent and which account manager is spending how much money.
Payment options – card payment (cardsave), or approved credit account (we need to approve this for this option to show). We also want an option for direct debit (again, this will need to be approved by us to show up as an option for customer at checkout).
Holidays (for turnaround to work on product pages, we need to be able to add holidays so that turnaround moves and adds a day if there is a holiday).
We need suitable statuses on jobs (for example, awaiting artwork, awaiting approval, in production, dispatched).
When someone puts a comment on the job, it needs to show which user put a comment on magento admin panel.
Each customer on admin panel needs to have an ID number (random number so people cant see how many customers we have). This will be required for Xero to work so we can send statements of all outstanding invoices to customers via xero.
PO number put on the order in the basket, needs to show on the order confirmation and invoice.
