I need a fully functional bespoke ecommerce website. This is a subscription, members only website where customers have to create an account and buy things. They can view products and see prices but are not able to buy unless they create an account. Temporarily we will advertise that having an account is a limited FREE offer and exclusive so if they join they will get it for free and not need to pay monthly fee. In future we may start charging and offer exclusive benefits.
We want to offer a click and collect service where once customer places an order within 3- 5 working days they are able to go collect their parcels. We have set times and delivery dates so for example:
If customer orders
Friday 00:00 (week before) – Thursday 23:59 (that week) – they will receive that Friday after 3pm
We will need integration from a third party software to do this for us
The types of products someone can get are every day essential house products and batteries and etc. there are around 400 products which will be at a bargain price compared to high street prices as we are able to source directly from manufacturers. We would like to display RRP prices to the price they pay so they can physically see the prices and differences.
Some products due to volume size may be restricted per order. And this needs to be in place.
Additionally once an order has come through we should be able to see from our dashboard the order and it should be sent directly to our printer email with the following information. This will be on an A4 paper set and the bottom part will be a sticky label that contains the barcode for the store that scans this, name of the person, order number and collect location. The order sheet at the top must say the date and time of order as well. An order delivery note must also be printed. Please look at image to understand the template.
After every £60 spent the system should create this on two parcels so should say 1 of 2 and 2 of 2. So print out two order sheets.
From the back system we should be able to access every customer account through searching either their name, order number, customer number, or email address. We should be able to see all their previous orders and make adjustments to their accounts such as return an item from our end and make a refund. So if a customer returns an item we can go into their account, tick of under that item that it is returned and automatically make a refund. They will also get an automated email to say that product(s) has been returned.
Customers when logging in can view their previous orders and make adjustments to their account such as remove or add saved cards etc. view their returns and company contact info.
Must be mobile friendly
