Use Case Name: Download App
Summary: To get the personalised experience the user should be able to download the app
Basic Flow: 1. The use case starts when a user wants to downlaod the iOs or Android App
2. The user can download the app using the App store or Play store
3. The user can go the one page website and should be able to download the app
Alternative Flows: Step 2/3:
Downlod the app though the website ? Download through App store or play store
Extension Points: none
Preconditions: The user is registered.
Post conditions: The user can now obtain data and perform functions according to his registered access level.
Login User
Use Case Name: Login User
Summary: In order to get personalized or restricted information, See the upcoming application dates and workshops a user must login so that that the system can determine his access level. Scalability
Basic Flow: 1. The use case starts when a user indicates that he wants to login. Security and Privacy
2. The system requests the University username and password. how the app-server interaction will work;
3. The user enters his Uni username and password. whether you need databases or not;
4. The system verifies the username and password against all registered users. what kind of data it will collect from users;
5. The system starts a login session and displays a welcome message based on the user's preferences. whether or not the app is going to work offline;
what the social media integration plan is;
Alternative Flows: Step 4: push notifications;
if username is invalid, the use case goes back to step 2. Support centre
Step 4: maintenance plan after the development process is over;
if the authentication credentials are invalid the system requests that the user re-enter the password. When the user enters another password the use case continues with step 4 using the original username and new password. any additional functionality and features of your app.
Step 4: Operational handover
lock the account if the user enters wrong username or password after ?? Attempts and asks to contact the Uni support centre

Inactive User
Use Case Name: Inactive User
Summary: In order to continue access to the personalized or restricted information, See the upcoming application dates and workshops a user must remain active so that that the system can determine his access level.
Basic Flow: 1. The use case starts when a user becomes active for 10 Mins
2. The system displays the message for session time out after??
2. The system requests the University username and password.
3. The user enters his Uni username and password.
4. The system verifies the username and password against all registered users.
5. The system starts a login session and displays a welcome message based on the user's preferences.
Alternative Flows: Step 4:
if username is invalid, the use case goes back to step 2.
Step 4:
if the password is invalid the system requests that the user re-enter the password. When the user enters another password the use case continues with step 4 using the original username and new password.
Preconditions: The user is registered.
Post conditions: The user can now obtain data and perform functions according to his registered access level.
Menu Option
Use Case Name: Menu Options
Summary: In order to continue access to the menu the user must be logged in
Basic Flow: 1. The use case starts when a user has logged in
2. The system displays the Menu Option at the top right corner

Scenario: User selects the application he wants to apply
Summary: This use case allows a registered user to see the upcoming Grants as per the preferences
Basic Flow: 1. The use case start after the user has indicated the preference for the Funding Application
2. As a user I want to see all the available open and upcoming Applications as per my preferences on the Screen
2. The user should be Filter the open or Upcoming applications
3. The user should be able to mark some as fav and save to the profile to review later
4. As a user, I should be able to see the milestones for the Grant
5. As a user I want to apply for the Grant ( insert link to redirect)
6. I want to share the Application details on FB, LinkedIn, Gmail
7. I want to be able to enable and disable push notifications for the upcoming dates for my application
8. I should be able to enable and disable push notification for new Funding loaded
Alternative Flows: Step 4:
If the application is not open display the message - Notify me when open
Preconditions: The customer is logged in and has completed the Eligibility criteria
Post conditions: The Application milestones are displayed
Business Rules: If the user has opted for the funding application he should be able to track the progress and get notifications
Book a Workshop
Use Case Name: Book Workshop
Scenario: User books his workshop .
Basic Flow: 1. The use case start when a user indicates he wants to book a workshop from the available workshops
2. As a user I want to see all the available workshops as per my Filters
3. As a user, I want to be able to quickly select a date in the current month
4. When selecting the date, the system should display the Synopsis of the workshop
5. I want to be able to switch to the next or previous month
6. I should be able to book the selected workshop
7. I want to be able to enable and disable push notifications that remind me for the upcoming workshop
8. I should be able to cancel the workshop
9. I should be able to sync the booking with my Outlook calendar
10. The system should highlight the dates on the calendar booked for me
11. The system should highlight the fully book workshop as red
12. The system displays a workshop booking completion message and sends a push Notification/email to the user.
Alternative Flows: Step 11:
If the workshop is booked contact the Support centre
Step 8:
If the calendar is not sinking go to the home page to enable the sinking option ,
Extension Points: Charge Customer; Bill Customer
Preconditions: The customer is logged in and has completed the Eligibility criteria
Post conditions: The workshop is booked.
Business Rules: If the user has been previously authorized for booking the workshop, the workshop should be booked. Otherwise the user must clear the eligibility criteria
Feedback
Use Case Name: Leave a feedback
Scenario: User wants to leave a feedback
Summary: This use case allows a registered user to leave feedback
Basic Flow: 1. The use case start when a user wants to leave a feedback
2. As a user I should be able to leave a feedback for the app and Web
Alternative Flows: Step 5:
If the workshop is booked contact the Support centre
Step 8:
If the calendar is not sinking go to the home page to enable the sinking option ,
Post conditions: The feedback should be sent to the support centre
