> Make web application in core PHP (do NOT use any PHP framework).
> Bootstrap, SASS / SCSS, jQuery can be used but not preferring to use these or any other framework. It would be better if all is done with plain CSS and JavaScript.
> Provide all source code unencrypted.
> The individual users (clients) must have access to only their data (records and files). A user must not be able to access other users' data.
> The whole system must support unicode, especially all major Indian languages for input data.
> UI must not be heavily styled, must be simple and fast responsive.
> UI must be mobile friendly / responsive.
> All the rights of the developer's code, images and any other content created for this system will belong to us.
> Send emails using Sendgrid mail API.
> Shortcut keys for various actions (Ctrl + N for New, Ctrl + S for Save, Up/Down array keys for selecting records in a list, Enter key to open a record from the list).

Facility to add / update / delete client accounts
Facility to change their passwords and activate / deactivate / block the client accounts
Client / firm / company profile / account modification
Name, address, email addresses, phone numbers, GST and VAT registration numbers
Logo, signature, stamp upload
Provide interface for creating / adding / modifying / deleting custom taxes for products/items
Provide option to select composite or regular GST type
Provide interface to add / update / delete measurement unit types for various items

Optional Modules
There must be multiple themes for the UI. Admin must be able to assign unique theme to each client.
The whole system UI must support multiple languages. All text in the system must be changeable by
administrator according to various languages.
Provide all kind of reports generations with flexible search and filter. Reports must be downloadable in PDF, Ms Office Excel, CSV and HTML formats. Provide option for printing the reports.
The system must work offline also (without internet connection). The offline changes must be synced with the server when the internet connection gets active.
Payment reminder of sales and purchase.
New purchase order reminder in case of low stock. Provide option for all items to set quantity for reorder level
