I am looking for an experienced TOOL (including TOOL AUTOMATION) Builder or maker or creator for custom web application or software development who can build or create or make the tools/tool automation listed below:
Build/create/make and integrate web-crawler or web-copier or web-scanner or web-intelligent.
Build/create/make and integrate API TOOLS -API creator, API integrator or connector, API manager/management.
Integrate business tasks/activities APIs, Partners APIs, Public APIs, catalog/repository APIs.
Creation of custom APIs server with multiple end points and multiple clients

this involve:
specification writing or writer including the import/importation of the already written specification or the related document(s) through or via copy and paste or attachment.
specification review or reviewer
specification understanding
From thence the custom web application or software development tool (including the tool automation) can make or create or produce blue print or design model (including the software of the intended implementation.
Design tool that can write the actual code or can be used to generate the real or actual code directly.
