- Hello...I am looking for someone that can build out a custom system for me. The system will work as follows.
1. Front End Page/Site that explains what we do with video. Home - About Us - Overview - Blog - Contact Us
2. Button to purchase the system and create a user account.
3. Once you are a user you will have access to the following.
a. Training section where I will have training videos on using the system and marketing training.
b. When a new user creates an account they will be able to sync their gmail account as well as their facebook account....this will allow emails that go out of the system go our from their own gmail account. The link with facebook will be for the use of messenger
c. Access to a portfolio of Marketing Pages that I will create. When they choose the landing page they want to use the system will create a unique link for them to use for marketing
d. when the new user generate a lead from the marketing pages the lead will come into the system to be managed....ONLY this user will see this lead. The lead will get a series of auto emails, and auto text that the system will send out....****we will have all these prewritten....****NOTE - if a lead clicks on a link in the email or in the text if will take them over to that users Facebook Messenger account where auto chat will start and asked them a series of questions.
The CRM should be able to do the following for users.
- Take Notes
- Send Text
- Send Emails
- Click a button to say what the status of that lead is and color code that status ...example - Green+Active
Red=Do Not Call Yellow=Call Back and so on.
- Set up task and calendar stuff ---this could sync with that users gmail account for task and calendar
These are the main things I would like the system to do.
I will have the following Niches use this system so when they set up an account they will only access the landing/marketing pages of the niche they are in.
Example:
If I am a Real Estate Agent and I sign up for the system, pay and create an account I would only have access to the part of the system that has the Real Estate landing/marketing Pages.
If I was a Mortgage Loan Office or Insurance Agent again I would only have access to my niche specific pages and info.
