- It will be low cost crowdfunding web app, that can be accessed on desktop, mobile, where fundraisers and investors can contact each other and request meetings, by pressing button, sending message, receiving email about such a request, so they can reply. The app should be developed in phases as we want to minimise the time/cost for starting stage one, when we would invite users to use it and give us feedback for future development. For example payment option, audio, video calls all to be dicussed later phase 3.
Modification of existing crowdfunding app would save time, reduce cost. Please send examples of the crowdfunding web app work, of not available then similar
I think that ReactJS for the front-end, NodeJS for the back-end and MongoDB for the database would be good choise, however open for proposals Php, MySql as we believe will reduce the cost.
We have big number of users, investors and fundraisers to upload in csx file.

There are four type of users
User0 Not Professional Companies and Investors
User1 Companies, Investors,
User2 Content Moderator
User3 Admin, has to approve user0 as User1, when user will receive message pending to be approved.
Once approved will receive message approved as user1.
User 0 can search, view message User 0 only, User 1 can search, message User 1 only. Admin Can change User type.
Companies and Investors can search each other, but companies can’t search companies, investors can’t search investors.
Start App home page similar to this, search menu on top, result card of companies from city/country where user is from. Menu options RAISE CAPITAL, BROWSE COMPANIES, LOG IN, SIGN UP, CREATE ALERT, SEARCH MENU.
Create Alert will ask to create search, so results can be sent by email,

We would have profile datails with followers, companies that INTERESTING COMPAINIES, MANAGEMENT OF INTERESTTING COMPANIES, INVESTMENT, NOT following, followers.
Once Admin approve user as user 1 would receive email notification about.
Fundraiser Users and Investor Users will have separate profile. User 0,1 for example whose free trial has been expired will not have any access to the system till they pay for it, sending message please contact sales team
There will be an option of extending remaining days, for example admin can change type of user.
. If it gives more then 1000 line results table or x value to be defined, it should give warning message like add more criteria to display result, When user starts to type it should give falling menu if possible results. User can be either company or investor, if they ask for user type change then previous user type data will not be displayed. e.g Marie was a fundraiser and asked to be investor and if admin approves it then she will not have an access of data of fundraiser.
Admin could see list of meeting requests, decide if approves all requests automatically or case by case, also data about users
