Please do not apply without having your whole team review. If we are discussing and you tell me you have to have your developers review, I will end the discussion and move on to the next freelancers. Please do not ask me what my budget is, I will not respond to that. Put forth an earnest bid to the best of your knowledge for what it will take to get the job done and for you to remain competitive.
I have a small website that I need created. You will need to do some small front end edits and also the complete backend to include database, CMS admin Panel and coding. I have a template for the frontend for you to start from

"I have read the complete statement of the work and based on the work in the SOW my total bid offer is $XXXXXX." Replace the Xs with your actual bid offer
I have some complicated calculators that you will also need to write the code for and make functional. To prove you can do this you must be willing to show me a page on your server where you created a calculator .Must be willing to show me that you can write code for a complex calculator. For example there should be input fields: ________ x __________ ÷ __________ %_________ = ________ We will discuss budget once I see you can write the correct code.. The above is not the task, but a example of the template to verify you can complete the task
Must be willing to show me that you can write code for a complex calculator by doing a simple calculator
I require the following:
1. You must have your own server to put the work on so I can monitor progress (If you do not have your own server, please do not apply for this project
2. I require for you to send me the source files (State this in your job offer) using windows zip, not rar
3. I require you to upload front end and backend and database to my server
4. I require 1 week to test it on my server before I will release payment
5. Unlimited revisions (State this in your job offer)
6. Front end must be kept in PHP and CSS
7 When you send the source files (must be in php and not just HTML files)
8. I need daily updates on the progress of the project during the weekday. If we cant chat in real time, send me a msg telling me what changes you have done
9. If there are 3 days I don't hear from you, I reserve the right to cancel the contract. So if there are any holidays, vacations, special occasion like weddings or birthday celebrations, let me know in advance so I can factor that in
10. I require a schedule by day of what items will be worked on before I hire you
11. I require a 1 year warranty after the project is complete, Half of the agreed to Budget will be deposited. Once project is complete to satisfactory the half will be released. The remaining half will be released in even payment over 12 months. If anything goes wrong over those 12 months, you will fix it. Payment for that month will not be released until you fix it.
