Car bidding website and application

I want to create a website, android, and IOS app for car bidding where users can buy or sell cars in a form of a bid based on Subscription and commission from the website's sales.

App Structure
1. Dashboard
A. Admin will have a dashboard (web) to control all app features and daily process and CMS to control app content.
2. Users App
A. This app will have 2 user roles, buyer and seller.
3. Employee App
A. This app is for employees to make operation easier for customer service, car service, etc. employees.

User Stories

1. Login, edit profile, change password, and forget/reset password.
2. As an admin I can create user roles.
2. Can assign admins to user roles.
3. Can ban/unban admins or users.
4. View all app activities.
5. View statistics and export flexible reports. For example number of cars, number of active users, duration of sessions, cars brands best sellers, ...etc
6. Integrate with data science tools.
7. view finance transactions.
8. Add App categorization system like categories, subcategories,
brands.
9. Can control system categorization.
10. Create Bids.
11. Choose cars to enter a bid.
12. Control Bid.
13. As Admin I can view bids history

CMS ADMIN
1. Make data entry and create new pages.
2. Control SEO fields.
3. Upload images.
4. Accept seller's requests.
5. Can create different cards with different values.

Finance Admin
1. Track all transactions.
2. Breakdown for all budgets.
3. Create payout for suppliers and sellers.
4. Filter by bid, time, supplier, ..etc

Customer Service Admin
1. Receive tickets.
2. Control tickets.
3. Chat online with customers.
4. Receive work orders.
5. Can Control work Orders.
6. After Sales Service Admin

Logistics Admin
1. Receive and accept Seller's requests.
2. Change Status.
3. Send work orders to After-Sale Service Admin and Car Service Admin.

User
1. Register, Login and Forget/Reset Password.
2. Edit my profile.
3. Buy Cards to enter Bids.
4. Join Bid and enter bidding value.
5. Ask Questions to admin.
6. Request to check the car on the ground.
7. Track Progress in case of winning a bid.
8. Request to deliver the car to a different Government.
