- The budget for this project is capped at $5,500 USD; do not bid if you are not willing to complete the work within the budget.
We need a developer with the following skills; all development will be in C#:
1. 10+ years experience in programming
2. 7+ years experience in C#, Visual Studio 2017 or higher
3. 5+ years experience in Application development using System.Data.xxx (not Web development using ASP.NET)
4. 3+ years experience in .NET Core, .NET Standard, WinRT, Win Universal App, Xamarin
5. Excellent understanding of architecture for System.Data, ODBC, and Entity Data Model
6. 5+ years experience in SQL based relational database programming with clear understanding of relational database architecture
7. Experience in writing test plans and testing according to test plan
The developer will develop all the classes defined in the following links and will link these classes to the Zoduna DataStore rather than the Microsoft databases:

8) YOU AGREE TO ONLY PROVIDE SOFTWARE DEVELOPED SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS PROJECT, WHICH WILL BE OWNED BY ZODUNA CORP. NO THIRD-PARTY OR OPEN SOURCE CODE SHALL BE USED. Anyone using third-party code will be terminated and no payment will be received.
Scope Description: Complete the following scope:
1. Code must be delivered as a dynamic library (DLL) as a Windows Desktop Class Library project.
2. Must provide weekly update of source code and participate in a code review to ensure that progress is occurring.
3. Develop C# APIs according to the references noted above, except for the name changes noted in this section.
4. The library will be names Zoduna.Data.ZSql instead of Microsoft.Data.SQLite.
5. All occurrences of “Sqlite” in the naming convention of Microsoft’s APIs should instead be ZSql.
6. Compile, create test scripts, and test the code to work in the following Microsoft environments on Windows 10:
a. .NET Framework 4.5+
b. .Net Core
c. .Net Standard 2.0
d. Portable Code Library
e. Universal App
f. Runtime Component
7. Ensure that all code written is original and not copied from any existing open source or other sources.
8. All developed packages must be named starting with "Zoduna" instead of "System".
9. Document the code inline and separately in documents
10. Inline documentation must be provided as part of the source code at least at method level.
11. Clear and comprehensive test plan and test scripts must be provided for all classes along with expected result and actual result and any discrepancies which could not be resolved (if any).
12. The C# packages have to be developed as a binding on Zoduna DataStore, which is developed in C. The Zoduna DataStore will be provided to you as DLL to use in your development. Zoduna will provide the currently local database version. All database related I/Os must be encapsulated so that, depending on type of connection being used, either the local datastore or the client / server datastore can be used with the C# packages.
13. Any Microsoft "internal classes" which are marked with "not intended to be used directly" will also need to be developed.
Tools To Be Use: Required Development Tools – Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 Community Edition or higher.
Project Includes: Phase 1: Develop the C# APIs, inline documentation, Unit Test scripts and Unit Test data, and then successfully complete 100% of all Unit Tests. Fixed all issues related to any unit testing.
Phase 2: Integration testing, stress testing, and documentation of the APIs.
Project Schedule: Need to complete all phases within 5 months or project may be cancelled.
