I'm Roger Silberstein, in charge of development requests and to review with my partners
the corresponding updates that the software developer or development company will go on
uploading into our server, once hired through Guru.com.
Terms:
What are we looking for:
We are looking for Biometric and Integrated Software for Physical Access Control and Visitor
Management to be accomplished by a developer or a software development company
that has the skills, is updated, proactive and with the ability to propose solutions.
Also a developer or software developing company that is willing to engage
with us in a long-term relationship under confidentiality agreement.
Type of Software:
Biometric and Integrated Software for Physical Access Control and visitor management
(Linux, IOS and Android)
The Biometric and Integrated software for Physical Access Control and Visitor Management
to be developed corresponds to the central software (which must be done in Linux)
and a mobile App (which must be done in IOS and Android).
The central software must be of Dashboard kind and the mobile App must send data
and receive data to and from the central software.
Locale:
Spanish
Payment:
Payment will be made under the payment system of milestones with escrow deposited
under care of Guru.com to be released after we have approved each development milestone.
Copyright:
The copyright of the software will be ours.
Time goal
The goal of time is to achieve a viable and expandable minimum system that includes
the interactive central software and a mobile app to be completed on March 10, 2019.
Type of Software development:
We need the central software and mobile app to be developed using artificial intelligence
and blockchain for an environment providing intelligent and secure alerts.
Expected functionality (among others):
Robust software construction, we need it to be stable, it must be active 99.8% of the time.
We need a secure connection between the app and the server (encription using blockchain).
We need the central software running on an industrial level computer inside Totem to be able
to display alerts at the app, block users, process and display reports at the app, among
other functionalities.
Example:
The visitor to the parking lot of the building will be stopped at the barrier.
For the barrier to open this must happen:
A.
A.1 If the visitor has been previously registered, the Biometric and Integrated Software
for Physical Access Control and Visitor Management (running inside totem) must recognize
his/her faceand say out loud: "Welcome (name) Which apartment will you visit this time?"
A.2 The visitor will choose the apartment that wishes to visit from the graphical
user interface (GUI) with large buttons displayed on touchscreen of totem.
A.3 In real time, the owner of the apartment to which the visitor wishes to enter, will receive
an alert sent by server to his/her mobile app telling him/her that a visitor needs
access to his/her apartment, showing the photo, the license plate number of the vehicle
and the visitor's full name at the app.
The owner of the apartment will decide whether or not to allow access to the building
by sending from his/her app to Totem´s Server the allowance or denial information from his/her
"Allow access" or "Deny access" App buttons displayed aside visitors info:
A.4 Assuming that the visitor's entrance is authorized by the owner of the apartment
that has allowed entry by pressing the "Allow entry" button at his/her app, the visitor will see
the at totem screen a simple map to facilitate the way to the apartment he or she will visit
and then will be prompted to press the "Open Barrier" button on the touch screen of the totem
to enter the building and it will be heard out loud "(Name) Please, enter"
A.5 As the owner of the apartment will not have visual contact with the visitor's vehicle.
At any step of the process, if the guardian of the parking lot physical barrier sees a suspicious activity,
he can tag that transaction by pressing the "Physical vehicle review" button in the app.
A.6 If the main barrier guard app requested the physical revision of the vehicle, the totem
he will say aloud: "Open the barrier and place your vehicle aside for physical review of it."
Then the visitor will press "Open barrier for the physical review button"

b1 If the visitor has not yet registered, the visitor self-service device (The Biometric and Integrated software for
Physical Access Control and Visitor Management Totem) will ask: "Please,
pass your Identity Card through the reader "(MRZ reader), once this has been done by the visitor, the totem will ask
the visitor to pass his palm over the specialized vein detector (can be Morphos), while taking photos or video
for detecting the number plate and of the vehicle and do the face recognition registration, to add all this data to the
record of each visitor in the general database.
b2 after registration, all steps from A1 to A6 must occur.
Development Management:
To be able for you and us to perform tests while you develop, we have configured a Centos server, online for you to
upload software and updates of the Biometric and Integrated Software for Physical Access Control and Visitor
Management System.
App must not activate access directly, all data must be processed by central software, as all sensors
and barrier activity must be procesed at central software too.
You will also be asked to upload and update the mobile applications (APK for Android and we will provide the UUID for
the IOS operating system updates), before publishing them at the respective play stores)
For logical access control to and from the central system and to and from the Apps, we will provide more information as well as the role levels of administrative and user permissions that the system needs.
For development purposes, you can integrate prefabricated solutions in SDK format.
from several suppliers, whenever they request reasonable prices, we will buy directly from them.
These providers can be open source software developers such as Leosac or
commercial providers such as Faceter, Hid, Kisi, Morphos (palm vein detector) or others that you can propose
in order sensors can be full integrated to central software (Biometric and Integrated software for Physical Access
Control and Visitor Management)
