BUDGET: FIXED price: $900.00 USD - maximum $3,700.00 USD. This is NOT an hourly gig/project. MOST qualified and BEST price will earn the project ASAP!
You MUST be available from 0900 -1500 hrs. EST to communicate and make ANY changes we may require while interfacing with the Team's Technical Lead as well as its Designers/Developers. If you are NOT working during USA Eastern Seaboard TimeZone, PLEASE do NOT apply! Do NOT! You and the Team MUST be available during the aforementioned time in our time zone, EST!!!
NOTE: We have posted this job five (5) different ways and unfortunately unable to secure the BEST Team ...Talent (consortium) Group that has brilliant mathematicians; Probability and Statistician experts that are also highly-proficient in programming as coders/programmers. This is mandatory for the success of this project!

Your team will be CHARGED to build stringent algorithms, probability, statistics code that can CONFIRM 99% accuracy on information pooled from 21+ Social Media portals via API interfaces.
IMPERATIVE! Your skills are required to build a profound Website. PREDICTIONs based on countless variables! (Do you understand)?
These are the additional criteria points:
1.) You must be able to complete the project within five (5) mos.
2.) You must be able to think out of the box. Use your exceptional math skills to render PROFOUND data output that will be represented as Reports to the End-User via airtight code.
3.) You must be able to know how to program in multiple security proof and easy to navigate programming languages.
4.) You must have exceptional Database knowledge and understanding; I.e., Mongo DBA as well as other databases; REQUIRED.

This Website will REQUIRE you to be knowledgeable, proficient, in ALGORITHMS, STATISTIC, and PROBABILITY. During the Interview, you will be TESTED to assure, validate that you are experienced in ALGORITHMIC, STATISTICS, and PROBABILITY programming.
