I’m looking to hire a writer, from an English-speaking country, to create a 25-page report on How to Develop New Habits in 30 Days, for me to use on my blog.
I'm looking for content similar to what you would find in the following book:

I am ONLY looking for unique content, meaning nothing that you turn in should be plagiarized or taken literally from other sources, especially from the book that I included above (I will check). That link is only for your reference and to give you an idea of what I am looking for. You should be able to do independent research to fill out the content.
The report needs to be high-quality content... no fluff! no filler! And must be written in an interesting and entertained way. Also, it must challenge the reader to take action.
When bidding, so that I know that you took the time to read this post and are not blindly bidding, please mention the words "New Horizon".
The finished project must be:
• A MS Word document.
• Written in Times New Roman.
• 10-point font.
• No more than 1/2" margins all the way around - Top, bottom, left and right.
• Single line spacing.
At the very beginning, the report must include a compelling synopsis of the content, one that sparks reader´s curiosity. Also, 8 to 10 bullet points of what is covered and a table of contents.
Actually, I need several of this type of reports, so if the quality of your work is great and your price and turn-around time are fair, I will hire you for all or many more of my projects. Also, I can leave you a positive review.
In your bid, please include the following:
• What price would you charge? I am looking to pay no more than USD$150 for this project.
• How long it would realistically take you to finish the whole project.
• At least two samples of your previous work.
I will own all the rights to the completed work once you are fully paid, including but not limited to resale rights, byline rights and copyrights. For our mutual convenience, a Project Agreement must be signed by both parties, stating all the agreed terms and conditions.
I will be there to answer any questions, give you direction and feedback on what you produce.
