SEO & SEM and update website to meet google requirements as well as Facebook pixel and other social media marketing tools. Website is currently HTML/HTML5 and that is ok. Website is a little slow to load, so that needs fixing. www.houston-ac.com

We need search engine optimization and search engine marketing for our website as well as a updated or new looking website. needs to work with facebook pixel, needs to have a capture box to collect customer info, needs to have a call us now button and social media link stuff. It does have to be HTML, I use Godaddy.com's Cpanel system. I will not email you, skype you or otherwise communicate outside of Guru.com
you will make the site and send me the picture files and whatever other files you have for me to upload including index.html file and I will upload them. you will not have access to my account.
FYI: i don't know much about it or i would be doing it myself.
1st payment Payment is upon completion of sending me a functional website that I like,
2nd payment is after 30 days of website being online and operating correctly with cooperation from you to make changes and/or fix bugs and/or etc.
3rd payment is after 60 days of website being online and operating correctly with cooperation from you to make changes and/or fix bugs and/or etc.
