- I have an excel file of 298 Names, and addresses. They are all perfectly organized. Some addresses have 1 name, and some have 2. Goal: Verify who is living where. If someone dies or moves, edit accordingly.
I need you to:
1. Verify if that person or people are deceased.
If one is: Then delete that one person's name. If there are 2 people listed but only one is diseased, then complete 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. If only 1 person is listed and diseased, then delete all information. Move on to the next name and address.
If both are: Then delete all information. Move on to the next name and address.
If they aren't: Then complete 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7
2. If 2 names are listed on an address, see if one of them is living at a separate address.
If one has a new address: Delete their name from the old address and make a new row with their name and new address. Keep the information for the person that did not move. Then complete 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7
If both have a new , but different address from each other : Delete the old information and make 2 new rows with the names and new addresses. Then complete 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7
If they are living in the same address listed: Then complete 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7
3. Verify if they still own that house or business.
If they do: Then complete 4, 5, 6 and 7
If they don't: Then replace the old address with the new one. Then complete 4, 5, 6 and 7
4. Double check the spelling of their first and last name.
If the spelling is incorrect, then please change it.
If either the first or last name is missing, add it.
5. Double check the exact address.
If there are any misspellings or incorrect digits in the address, then please change it.
6. Retrieve their E-Mail addresses.
7. Retrieve their phone numbers.
