Tech Support – You must be able to provide top quality 1st and 2nd tier technical support to customers via telephone and email. Some Software Tech Support experience is necessary. Customer Service skills are also needed, such as patience, multi-tasking, documentation and organizational skills. If you have done software testing this is a big plus!
This job requires exceptional written and spoken English to both Customers and Staff. You will be coordinating with development and administrative personnel and you will be dealing with a great deal of traffic. If you have great technical abilities to start with, we will train you on our software, so you can excel in this job. You must have the ability to study and duplicate what has been read! We have the best in-house training program and you will be paid while you study the technical data regarding our Migration software for Linktek and your job to help our customers be able to use it fully. Salary is equal to experience and can be negotiated.
