Description
I'm looking for someone to work with our US-based customers (professionals trying to run their own surveys & analyze results) and help them use our survey & analysis software to accomplish their research goals. You will work directly with them, and help them think about how to analyze and interpret their survey results on our statistical platform.

Our platform runs analysis and reporting on behalf of our client - you will not need to do analysis yourself. The most important task for clients is to help them understand how to use our analysis tool, and interpret the results.

This is a great opportunity to work with a variety of clients, and provide them your expertise - without getting deep into the survey project work.

You will also be asked to participate in sales demos, and provide general software support as needed.

We are a fast-growing software company, based in the United States, that offers software to aid market research agencies and consumer insights departments. We are looking for people with deep research & analysis experience, but who want a different type of opportunity.

Requirements

Must have at least 5 years of experience in analysis & reporting functions (not necessarily surveys)

Must understand statistical analysis methods used in survey research projects, including regression, correlation, chi square, and crosstabulation

Must have excellent verbal English communication

Preferred

Have at least 2 years experience in quantitative market research - including survey design and post-survey analysis

2-3 years of experience working for a prominent market research agency or consumer brand
