Description: I have horn charts from a song that are in .pdf format. I'd like to have them input into Sibelius software and then transcribed from Eb to Db, so the final deliverable is the charts in Db as a Sibelius file.

It's a very simple pop song and there are 5 horn parts. I've attached one as an example.
