- Prairie Mobile is an online and brick and mortar retail communications company that has hundreds of products. We are building a Shopify website which is half complete but due to internal resource constraints, we have decided to try outsourcing the remainder of the build. Please read ALL the information. Only applicants that submit completed proposals will be considered.
Budget for new website: Costs to be determined by submitted proposals, Project Based billing on a milestone basis desired.
Goal for new website completion: mid to end of July 2019
General Applicant Requirements:
This phase of the project once started will need to be completed mid to end of July, 2019 – ensure you have the time to commit to that schedule
The applicant must be extremely comfortable with Shopify development
This current project scope requires minimal coding but future phases will require customizations – the developer should be comfortable within Shopify to do this
Be available for Video/Screen sharing, chats and calls at least 4 hours within 9am to 5pm CST time 1 to 2 times a week for progress meetings and to work with our graphics designer and content creator.
Use the MS Planner to communicate progress, identify issues or needs daily.
A project contract and NDA agreement will be required to sign before project starts.
** Project Details:**
This site must be mobile friendly.
This will be a multiple phased website build. Phase 1 is focus on building the general foundation site. Phase 2 will focus on content building and optimization. Phase 3 will focus on advanced website features and automation's. The successful completion of Phase 1 will ensure you working on the future Phases.
The details listed in this posting describe Phase 1 of 3.
You will not be required to create written content or any visuals, those will be provided to you.
There are approximately 25 pages that new need both layouts, content put in and formatted. Some forms are required but we will have an app to help with this.
There are approximately 15 pages that need some general formatting work and swapping images.
We require the developer to:
Create page layouts using the Shogun app according to Word documents that will be provided to you. We understand that some variation is expected from the original mock up.
Insert content (both written and graphics) according to Word doc layout and provided images. You will work with our graphic designer on what graphics are needed and formats/sizing you require.
Basic formatting per page according to preset styles already in Shopify. Some customization of this might be needed.
