Description: I need a resume and cover letter created. I have the start of a resume and list of accomplishments from each job as well as a rough list of skills. I need this all turned into a professional resume. My area of expertise is as a Senior Operations Manager for a non-profit organization. I am looking to stay in the non-profit field and utilize my skills to fill either a Senior Manager position or Director position.

This is my first time using Guru. I had asked a friend to start working on my current resume but I feel it is too weak and lacks depth and description of my accomplishments and skillsets.
