Description: Our business is a Real Estate Asset company. We are looking for a compilation of research that will be used in a marketing campaign asking existing tenants in an office building to refer other businesses to rent space in the same building. We want to send them a free report explaining the benefits of having their office next to other professional businesses. In return we ask for a referral which they will be more willing to offer once they have understood the benefits of having other professionals around them. We will also compensate these tenants with a referral fee.

The report has to be geared mostly to office space users with relevant information as to their benefit. It only need be a page or two, with bullet points that outline each, but we need links that we can post that point to the source of the research. Things to consider are possible networking benefits, uplift of business, quality of employees, etc. each conclusion of benefit needs to be substantiated by some form of research or article supporting the conclusion which we will be citing in the marketing materials.
